In line with this objective and a recent internal move of our previous Executive Assistant, the company is now looking for highly motivated and result oriented Executive Assistant to Group CEO to join its international and multicultural team in Zug, Switzerland.

•Manage agenda/travel arrangements/appointments of the Group CEO

•Coordinate local office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

•Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

•Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

•Greet and look after visitors;

•Provide support to CEO and other Group colleagues whenever necessary, including answering phones, handling expense claims, filing, scanning, faxing and copying.

•Assist Group CEO in preparing business materials whenever required

•Take the lead in event planning and management whenever required

Expected skills and experiences:

•BA degree in Business Administration or a related discipline

•3+ years of strong track record in similar type of role in a fast moving environment.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Finnish and German are mandatory

•Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and to meet deadlines.

•Ability to be flexible and trustworthy

•Work effectively both independently and collaboratively with teams and across functional lines.

•Hands on and taking initiative approach

•Ability to travel
